About StopHurting
What actually helps, what's just viral hype — sorted out honestly.
The internet is great at making things look like medicine. A clip goes viral, a "natural hack" racks up millions of views, and suddenly people are shoving garlic up their noses or sipping adrenal "cocktails" because someone with a ring light said so. StopHurting exists to sort the real from the viral.
What we actually do
Two things, marked with a little badge on every post so you know what you're getting:
- 🟠 Myth checks — we take the trending claim, look at what's actually known, and tell you straight: hype, harmless, or worth a try. No fear-mongering either direction.
- 🔵 Remedies — the simple, low-cost, genuinely-helpful stuff that holds up. Things you can do with what's already in your kitchen, not a $40 supplement.
What we don't do
We don't sell miracle cures, push supplements, or run scare campaigns. We're not trying to replace your doctor or compete with the big medical sites — just give you an honest, readable take on the stuff people share online.
If it works, we'll tell you why. If it's nonsense, we'll tell you that too — and probably have a little fun doing it.
One important note: everything here is for general information only — it's not medical advice. If something hurts, persists, or worries you, talk to a real healthcare professional.
